2. Client Obligations & Account Security

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during onboarding or consultation.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials or project dashboards shared with you.
  • You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.

3. Payment Terms & Fees

  • All project fees, deposits, or subscription charges are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) or US Dollars ($) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made via our authorized payment channels.
  • Deposits or “seriousness fees” paid for project initiations are non-refundable once work or resource allocation has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our Property: All contents on this website, including text, graphics, logos, codes, and interface design, are the intellectual property of SabinoCreations Network Ltd.
  • Project Deliverables: Upon full and final payment, the specific digital assets, websites, or marketing copies created for a client will be transferred to the client. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

5. Limitation of Liability

SabinoCreations Network Ltd will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, data, or ad spend) arising out of the use or inability to use our digital tools or marketing services. Advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta/Google Ads) are subject to platform policies, and we do not guarantee specific conversion rates due to external market variables.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
